And I don't have to wait for anyone to tune my bike, where you have to mail yours in and wait for semi-generic setup. ![]() I don't "have" an AMA tuner, I have a buddy who does AMA tuning. But speaking of one of those people, I'm sure all the guys that have spent $700-$1K on full bazzaz setups would love to hear you tell them how they wasted and burned their money when they could be smart like you and spend it on other upgrades <- cause god knows none of us want to have other upgrades as well :hammer: Thats true, and thankfully I'm not one of those people. I can walk out to my garage and be done in a matter of minutes <- yours simply can't compare *especially if anybody like myself plans on enjoying this handy little feature to make adjustments at the track) Yah, all you have to do is remove your ECU, pay to ship it there and back, and in the meantime go without a bike. Like I've said before, yours is still better than a stock setup, but don't blindly belittle the YEC setup when you don't have the facts and continue to make vague, unfounded statements So maybe you got a deal and saved $75 over me, or maybe you got taken for an inferior product. ![]() ![]() Even still thats an additional $350, couple that with the cost of the flash $150, tax, shipping, and that should put you at right around $525 (a savings of $75 <- again the only catch is, they don't specify what the ECU reading writing software is, let alone they still don't have half features listed of what the YEC can do. For an additional $400, just dropped to $350 <- and according to what their site says, that may not even be possible seeing how they have it listed for other Yamahas but not the R1.
